October 21, 2008

Hi! we have been so busy the last couple of weeks I don't know were to start.

Brandon celebrated his 15th birthday with the family, he was still fighting a cold but he had a good time anyway. Brandon is almost done with water polo he has one game tonight and he has a break until Dec. 1st when he starts his winter camp. The high school likes the athletes to be active in some sport all year round so they stay in shape. His J.V. team placed second in there division, that is the closest that Roseville has ever come to winning in water polo and we are all very proud of them. Brandon is also going to be putting in his first job application at the Melting Pot, his uncle Daniel is a manager there and he is going to put in a good word for him. He is so excited to start working and making his own money.

Logan has started his second half of soccer season and his team is doing great, they have won all there games. Logan and Brody have been spending a lot of time with their friends J.T. and Brendan. They come over three days a week to play while their mommy and daddy are at work. We took all the kids out to the pumpkin patch with gramma and we have a great time.

My good friend Kim and her husband Tony and their son Anthony came up to visit last weekend. We met them at apple hill and the kids had fun running around and climbing on everything, the rest of us had fun eating. That night Kim and I got to go out by ourselves and catch up. We went to the Melting Pot and talked for 3 1/2 hours, it was a nice break.

Evan has been very busy to he has been working lots of overtime which is great but also exhausting. He also was able to get away for a hunting trip with some of the fireman, his dad, and my brother Danny. They had a good time even though they did not shoot any deer and Even tried to kill everyone with his very spicy chili with his secret ingredient - a lot of cinnamon. Evan has also enjoyed watching all of Brandon's games with the other dads. They all stand in a group together and cheer the boys on.
