On Halloween Logan's class had a party. They went in their normal groups but made fun crafts like a creepy popcorn hand and a spider. They also decorated cookies with a lot of frosting and played Halloween bingo. Mrs Wall also made whiches brew, it was made out of water, sugar, rootbeer extract and dry ice. The kids each got a turn to mix the brew, they had a great time.

Halloween was so much fun this year! The kids had a great time and the neighborhood was full of kids. We started out the night with the family coming over for some turkey chili and cornbread and then gramma got busy painting Logan's face.

This year we had about 13 kids that we walked around with. Two of Logan's friends from school and also soccer come over for trick or treat, we had a great time with them. We have also met more people in the neighborhood through school and soccer so it was fun to visit them at their homes to.

There were quite a few houses decorated this year and one lady even decorated the inside of her house and let us come in for a peek, it was pretty creepy. At the end of the night we brought out our fire pit to the end of the court and we all hung out in the rain.

Brandon had a mellow Halloween this year. The day before he was pushed by another boy while running and he broke his collar bone. So we spent a few hours in the E.R. and after a few pain pills and some rest he is doing much better. The doctor said it should be about a month before it is healed. After the E.R. that night we were able to make it to Brandon's awards banquet were he was given the most improved award. He was also recognized for his play that he made up called the submarine which is pretty funny when it works.

We have started to get some rain so we have been trying to get as much outdoor time as we can. Friday we went to lunch and then did a little hiking.
